Smoky Quartz is a very powerful grounding and protective stone. It clears negative energy and helps one to become more positive, grounded, and organized. Smoky Quartz is an absolute must for every crystal collection as a healer it is my go-to after every healing to come back to center!

This is my most used Crystal, after every healing or when I need energetic support, I take a bath with my Smoky Quartz. I have them on our window seal to protect us from energy coming in. I have them above our TV to help with any negativity coming through the TV to absorb it .

Energetically closing your TV is a good proactive if you have been watching something that is low vibrational, the energy is actually emitting front the screen.

I noticed this when we were very deep down the rabbit hole and we were watching a lot of YouTube videos, the dark of our dark is dark! After weeks of watching all the videos and documentaries our home felt scary and eerie. I was afraid to be out in our living room by myself in the dark.

Once I realized what was going on I cleared the house, placed our protective crystals above the TV and energetically close it if watch anything low vibe.

We also use the Affirmation “I do not consent.” If we see anything that is dark that we don’t want an energetic contract to.
