If you are on a spiritual journey this is a must have Crystal. In order to really settle in and do the work we came here to do we need to ground in. Hematite is a powerful grounder, not only to ground your energy but ideas, healing, manifestations, bad habits, grounding in the truth in your cells allowing you to fully speak your truth, grounding in to your body and bringing you awareness on what needs healing.

I use Hematite in healings at the Earth Star Chakra a few inches below the feet to allow full grounding into the healing and an energetic exchange with earth energies to transmute.
